Green Dot Corporation is a leading provider of retail based financial services for America's underserved community. Ocean Media and Green Dot began working together in April of 2005. After establishing all necessary ROI metrics, we designed an initial local TV test campaign in the 4th quarter of 2006. The test was executed to provide the requisite data to build a predictive model of a scaled ROI positive campaign.
Following the test, Green Dot immediately

rolled out a scaled national campaign in January of 2007. The results were as predicted....
Over the next six months we have successfully doubled Green Dot's sales on a year over year basis. Green Dot’s pre-paid debit cards are now available in over 50,000 stores nationwide and they maintain a command market share within their industry.
