Analytics is central to our agency’s value proposition. The Media Analyst will play a key role driving customer and agency success by measuring campaign performance across media channels (Linear TV, streaming, audio, digital video, etc). Reporting to senior analytics leadership, this role involves independently analyzing trends, forecasts, and performance metrics while collaborating with internal teams and client marketing groups.
The analyst will leverage proprietary tools, databases, and dashboards to support measurement initiatives. Over time, they may contribute to new data initiatives, proprietary measurement tools, process improvements, and thought leadership efforts such as analytics reports and white papers.
Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious. They should be proactive problem-solvers eager to apply and expand their expertise to drive insights and business impact.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. Master’s degree (M.A., M.S., MBA, etc.) preferred.
5-7 years related analytical experience required.
Advanced knowledge of concepts and practices with the ability to use in diverse business situations
The Media Analyst will demonstrate:
Compensation Range: $70-$90k/year. This is the pay range Ocean Media reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Ocean Media reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
