Chief Executive Officer

Jay Langan is the CEO of Ocean Media.  He is an advertising and technology executive with 27-years’ experience. During the past 20 years Jay has driven Ocean Media’s innovative spirit through early investments in first party data platforms, automated measurement systems and AI technology planning tools. Ocean Media has become one of the largest independent media planning and buying agencies in North America serving category leading DTC companies. A graduate of Boston College, Jay started his career in advertising at Bloomberg.

Dave serves as Ocean Media’s President. In his current role he is involved with the cross-channel strategies of client advertising campaigns, and new business development. Prior to joining the agency, Dave worked for several New York media shops in planning and buying.

SVP, Head of Media Investments
Jared oversees OM integrated media planning and buying teams. He started his career in the mailroom at William Morris and launched their digital media practice in 2005. After leaving William Morris he transitioned to media and ad tech companies, working with Fortune 500 brands to develop efficient and effective mobile and digital video media strategies.

Andrea Clark

Senior Vice President, Finance

Andrea Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance for Ocean Media.  In her current role Andrea directs all financial operations for the company including financial reporting and analysis, client billing and reconciliations, budgeting, cash flow and treasury management. She has worked in numerous industries over her career and is known for process improvements and researching and resolving lingering accounting issues.  Andrea has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Colorado and earned her CPA while living overseas in Australia.

Clintton Fleschere

Chief Client Officer

Clintton serves as the Chief Client Officer at Ocean Media. He is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of account service, communication, and strategy across many of Ocean Media clients. He has contributed to the success of many brands over the years including: Rakuten, Etsy, Vroom, Realtor and Priceline, to name a few. Prior to joining Ocean Media, Clintton had long stints at J. Walter Thompson, and Bozell.

Gregg Bender

Senior Vice President Client Services

Gregg helps lead the account service team, ensuring smart, insightful thinking and the highest level of service. With over 25 years of experience, Gregg has a proven track record in strategically managing B2B, B2C, brand, retail, direct response, and e-commerce clients. He has put a Tiger in your Tank, a Dell computer in your lap and helped sports fans place a wager on their favorite teams. Before Ocean Media, Gregg honed his skills at renowned agencies such as Carmichael-Lynch and McCann-Erickson. A proud alumnus of Boston University, Gregg graduated with honors. He’s also a bit of a world traveler.

Peter Twombly

Chief Growth Officer

Peter Twombly is the Chief Growth Officer working closely with new and current clients to drive business growth across the Ocean Media network. Twombly, a new business veteran, with nearly three decades of experience has held several senior-level, global business development and consulting roles with Havas, Omnicom, and IPG.

In his spare time, Peter enjoys surfing the cold waters off of New England, volunteering for ocean search and rescue operations, is a sports car fanatic, and is a certified fitness instructor. When not on the racetrack, you can catch Peter either in the water or in the gym. He is also the proud dad of a daughter currently enrolled in law school.

Ryan Blatchley, VICE PRESIDENT, INTEGRATED MEDIA STRATEGY- with family

Ryan Blatchley

VP Integrated Media Strategy
Ryan wears multiple hats managing OM’s team of media strategists/researchers and client teams supporting Realtor.com and Clear. He is constantly working toward providing our clients with channel insights, media consumption trends and strategies to improve business KPIs. His background before joining OM included launching theatrical media campaigns across all channels and targets.

Arzo Etemadi

Director, Programmatic Operations

Arzo is a resourceful and purposeful media leader with a strong background in planning, developing and implementing advertising campaigns. 

Her media career began years ago with a buying role at a print agency. She soon shifted her focus to digital, where she delivered strategy and performance for brands such as HP, UNICEF, Volkswagen, VSP, and SubZero-Wolf.

Arzo has built lasting relationships with colleagues at Roku, The Trade Desk, Google, Disney, and more. These partnerships continue to grow as she currently serves as Director of Programmatic Operations. In this role, Arzo is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of all digital media campaigns.  She will also continue to develop and enhance all departmental procedures and best practices, as well as continue to train team members.

Stephanie Stanczak

Vice President, Media Investments

As VP of Media Investments, Stephanie Stanczak oversees the Media Investment team for the US and Canada markets, ensuring strategic and data-driven media placements for clients. Prior to joining Ocean Media, Stephanie supervised local buying for clients such as Bank of America, DirecTV, Expedia.com, and Mitsubishi Dealers Association. In her spare time, Stephanie loves spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, and hiking. On the weekends, she can be found at the lacrosse fields cheering on her son or playing outdoor soccer with her women’s team in Torrance.

Kevin Telkamp

Vice President, Media Operations

Kevin leads the operations and digital media buying teams at Ocean Media. Since joining the agency in 2017, Kevin has served in numerous roles on Ocean Media’s operations team and wields knowledge in hands-on-keyboard programmatic and social executions. Kevin thrives in making media plans “come to life”. He strives to best understand the underlying technology available to media buyers in order to “hack” conventional buying techniques. Kevin’s insatiable curiosity for ad tech and media trends helps the agency continue to stay current, adapt, and disrupt the typical approach that many agencies have grown accustomed to.

Senior Director, Digital Operations
Owen has spent over 14 years driving measurable growth for brands. He specializes in implementing tech and processes that allow brands and media buyers to measure, report on, and scale profitable campaigns across all of Ocean’s clients. Prior to joining Ocean Media, Owen led a programmatic and social media buying team at Match.com, rode the AdTech startup wave at the programmatic ad exchange OpenX, and he started his advertising career by building the performance programmatic buying team at Adconion Media, now part of Amobee.

Alissa Tarby

Senior Director, Media Strategy, NY

Alissa Tarby serves as the Senior Director of Media Strategy in New York, where she oversees a team focusing on direct response industry pricing, digital buying, and optimizing client media ROI. She has been an integral part of the agency since 2003 and played a crucial role in expanding Ocean Media into the New York Market in 2010.

With expertise in both the national and direct response marketplace, Alissa brings valuable insights to the organization’s strategies. Her career progression within the company underscores her proficiency in media strategy and advertising, leading to her current senior leadership position.

Alissa’s accomplishments and specialization make her a key asset to Ocean Media, contributing significantly to its operations and growth. Jillian Saul is a seasoned integrated media professional with over 20 years of expertise in offline and online media buying and strategic planning. Her extensive career includes managing accounts for prominent brands such as BetMGM, Etsy, In N Out, Netflix, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Chevy. Jillian is known for pioneering best practices across emerging media platforms like OTT, Addressable TV, Podcasts, Digital OOH, and Streaming. She specializes in crafting comprehensive media strategies that consistently deliver measurable results and maximize client ROI. Outside of work, Jillian is a dedicated sports enthusiast, proudly holding a Packer Shareholder status and having visited all 30 MLB stadiums.

Lori Kajiya

Vice President, Account Director

Lori leads the client relationship across multiple Ocean Media accounts, helping brands connect with consumers and achieve their marketing goals. She applies Ocean Media’s innovative, data-driven approach to deliver holistic, cross-channel media strategies that drive growth and meaningful impact for clients.

Prior to joining Ocean Media, Lori held media leadership roles at several global agencies, overseeing media planning for prominent brands in the Entertainment, Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods sectors.

Living in Southern California, she enjoys many of the great things the area has to offer, from drives along the coast and dog-friendly beaches to theme parks and the vibrant culinary scene.

Kevin Cozine

Senior Director, Media Strategy

Kevin brings over 20 years of experience in media buying and advertising sales to the table. He spent six years at Starcom in New York, where he planned and negotiated national cross-channel media buys for General Motors.
Prior to joining Ocean Media, Kevin worked as a New Business Account Executive at iHeart Media, focusing on direct ROI-based clients. At Ocean Media, he has directed planning and buying efforts for notable clients such as Realtor, Etsy, Viator, and BetMGM.

As a key member of the Ocean Media team, Kevin oversees investments for new client launches and serves as the agency lead for multi-platform sports negotiations, including major events like the Super Bowl, Olympics, and World Cup.

Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Scranton and a Master’s degree in Corporate Public Communication from Monmouth University. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Nancy and daughters Molly and Claire in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In his free time, Kevin likes to stay up-to-date on retro pop culture trivia, so if you’re looking for answers to questions like “How to self-destruct the Enterprise” or “Who Shot J.R.?” – he’s your go-to expert!

Shannon Bartholemy, VICE PRESIDENT, DIGITAL STRATEGY

Shannon Bartholemey

Vice President, Digital Strategy
Shannon’s agency start began over 15 years ago with a production management role running a creative department. She soon shifted to media where she turned her focus to digital — delivering superior brand experience and DR performance for brands. Her portfolio extends across various industries and clients, more notably United Healthcare, Mazda, Toshiba, Etsy, Car Gurus and Ebates/Rakuten. Today she manages current clients’ strategy and is leading growth in the department by expanding adoption of channels across accounts. In a rapidly evolving media landscape, Shannon is contributing to the development of cutting edge, cross-screen digital video media strategies for Ocean.

Kristen Valentine

Director, Programmatic Operations

Kristen serves as the Director of Podcast and Digital Audio Strategy. A seasoned media professional with over 12 years specializing in planning and strategy within the audio space. She has a passion for helping small businesses flourish with her main focus geared towards driving measurable success and growth. Her dedication has contributed to the growth of many businesses across many different verticals including sports betting, multiple financial institutions, travel, wellness, and retail.

Jason Drews

Vice President, Account Director

As Vice President, Account Director at Ocean Media, Jason Drews currently directs all facets on the BetMGM account, including media planning, implementing media strategy, analyzing performance, and proactively seeking optimizations to grow the clients’ business. With a keen focus on measurable, data-driven strategies, Jason plays a pivotal role in driving growth for BetMGM’s advertising campaigns. With a psychology degree from USC and over 20 years with Ocean Media, Jason has worked in nearly all areas of media throughout the course of his career while serving well over 15 years in client services. When not at work, Jason enjoys traveling and laughing with his family, coaching baseball and working on cars.

Audrey Ofelia

Director, Traffic

Audrey’s career began in 2008 when she was hired as Ocean Media’s Traffic Assistant. A few years later, she went on to work at Fuse Interactive creative agency where she acquired hands-on experience in the production and development of both video and digital campaigns. In 2014, Audrey returned to Ocean Media where she currently oversees the execution of all linear TV and radio ads at home and abroad. As Director of Traffic, Audrey continually strives to improve day-to-day communication and operation within the agency and all active partners (internal and external) to ensure creative deadlines are met and launch as scheduled. Audrey’s favorite pastime is sitting in her rocking chair on her front porch with her dog, Max, with an iced cold latte in hand while listening to country music.

Clint Rogers

Vice President, Account Director

Clint serves as a VP, Account Director at Ocean Media. In his current role he is involved with the day to day management of on a variety of accounts in both the US and Canada such as CarGurus, Sonnet Insurance, All Modern, Joss & Main, and Perigold. Prior to joining the agency, Clint worked in marketing for publishing firms in San Francisco and Huntington Beach. Clint graduated from San Francisco State University and when not working enjoys surfing, golf, traveling, hiking, and spending time with his family and friends.

Vice President, Human Resources

Keith Bersebach serves as the Vice President, Human Resources for Ocean Media. In his current role Keith directs all human resources operations for the company including employee relations, recruiting, and benefits management. He has over 25 years Human Resources experience and has worked in a variety of industries including aerospace, financial services, and non-profit.

Vice President, Analytics
Mark helps lead the analytics group at Ocean Media. His key initiatives include advancing the analytics capabilities of the agency while maximizing client ROI through a rigorous approach to data integrity and methodology. In his time at Ocean Media, Mark has helped to analyze and oversee analytics for several dozen brand launches. Prior to his work at Ocean, Mark worked in the financial services industry.

Vice President, Account Director

As a VP Account Director, Eric has managed several accounts including the launch of National TV for Mint Mobile and Vroom, helping them scale to integrated TV and Video campaigns. In 2020 he helped Vroom to a successful IPO followed by a Super Bowl campaign in 2021. Prior to joining Ocean Media in 2012, Eric spent seven years working for Studeo Interactive Direct in Newport Beach, CA in Direct Marketing.

Tathagat Dwivedi is a seasoned technology leader with 24 years of experience in the software industry, driving innovation and excellence in software development and operations. Tathagat has held various leadership roles in prominent organizations, including Qualcomm, United HealthCare, and Fidelity National Financial, where he managed software services and development teams. Outside of work, Tathagat enjoys gardening and exploring new technologies.

Lynda Wiles

Director, Local Planning

In her role, Lynda oversees integrated strategy and planning for the BetMGM account and supports other Ocean Media clients needing to understand and address the nuances of local media. Throughout her career, she has led agency teams optimizing media budgets to meet specified goals across a variety of categories with clients including Honda/Acura, Intuit, Apartments.com, and La-Z-Boy. Additionally, she managed customer success teams for the CPG and automotive verticals at a leading marketing attribution/optimization software company. Lynda is a proud UCLA alum with a B.A. in Communication Studies.

Jessica Pondell

Account Director

As Account Director at Ocean Media since 2021, Jessica Pondell manages the BetMGM account, overseeing the execution of media strategies, both local and national, sports team partnerships, and regionalized marketing plans. Her expertise has been instrumental in delivering high-impact campaigns, including large format OOH executions, such as the renaming of a transit line to the BetMGM line, providing exceptional brand exposure. With a diverse background in both agency and client-facing roles, Jessica has experience in online gaming, retail casino, casual dining, financial, and philanthropic industries. She holds an MA from Central Michigan University. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys all things Disney, painting, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Lara has been working in media for over 12 years specializing in omnichannel planning and strategy with an emphasis on digital. Prior to joining the Ocean Media team she worked across an array of clients & brands such as Unilever, MillerCoors, Virgin Atlantic and Wells Fargo.

Jena Ball

Director, Human Resources

Jena has been with Ocean Media for over 10 years and serves as the Director of Human Resources. Jena is a passionate HR professional with experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compensation, and compliance. In her current role, Jena leads the Human Resources department and is responsible for the strategic direction, development, implementation and maintenance of all HR programs and functions. Jena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Certification in Human Resources Management. Outside of work, Jena spends time with her family and friends and enjoys camping.

Katie thinks about media as more than just placements. It’s about making sure the message and the channel work together to drive results. With a background in both agencies and ad tech, and experience across CTV, programmatic, social, search, and audio, she knows how to make platforms work smarter. She always considers where media fits within the broader marketing strategy and how each stage supports the next. Even when focused on one part of the funnel, she connects the dots between audience, channel, and objective to keep everything aligned.

Outside of work, Katie is happiest with her dog by her side, the Cincinnati Bengals on TV and a reservation at the newest spot she bookmarked on Instagram.
